  Date of Service:   6/19/2006
Work Done on:   Class A - Diesel
Service Performed:   Initial preventive maintenance on Freightliner chassis and Caterpillar C-7 engine.
Evaluation of Service Performed:   Absolutely unsatisfactory! Caterpillar manual calls for 19 quarts of oil for shallow sump engine with filter change. Empire charged for (and I believe added) 30 quarts of oil to the engine. It cost me another $153 dollars and 6 hours to have the excess oil drained in Nashville. My Jeep Liberty and the rear of my motorhome were completely coated with engine oil from the blow-by tube before I could get the excess oil out.
