I had no power inside the RV. The generator worked. Called this company
to come out and fix. He tested the transfer switch. He tested the RV power. Both were OK. He told me the issue was the power plug on the side of the RV. |

Not good. He was in a hurry to go. I did a 2 hr round trip drive to pick up a
new plug. The power was still not on. The RV park owner and I finally figured out that it was a broken surge protector. Even though it was showing 2 green lights, it was not passing the power. I had to make another 2 hr round trip to pick up a new surge protector. I would not use this service again. |
