Triage of Alternator & Stop Engine lights
on dash; steam and coolant leaking from reservoir. Traced to broken serpentine belt, which caused the lack of charging and engine overheating. They also checked the engine over to ensure there was no other damage. While in there, we had them do an oil/air/fuel filter change as well. The total bill amounted to $628, way less than expected. |

A&H Truck & Auto Repair in Hyattsville, MD (north Washington DC) for reshuffling their concurrent work to take care of us. Owner Andre was very responsive, and commented he recognized someone needing help when we called from our cell phone's Denver area code. We want to to recognize the service this company provided us, from taking the time to look at the engine early Saturday morning, to letting us plug into an outside outlet and stay in their service yard until Monday morning, to getting us back on the road as quickly as reasonably possible. Honest, forthright service at a reasonable price. |
