Traveling thru Idaho, stopped for a couple days and showed up without an appointment on a Monday morning before 8am. I was
treated well, made to feel comfortable, and told they'd work me in. I actually thought I had 2 problems - a perform service indication and the recall. Turns out they were the same thing. The service tech kept me informed and after they'd had a chance to look at the truck was able to give me an estimate of time involved. When the truck was finished the service tech walked me out and answered a few questions about setting up for my trailer. Never rush, never felt like I was a bother. Really nice folks. |
