Had them work both on our older 2008 Class C Winnebago
Outlook and our new 2016 Class A Winnebago Sightseer. In both cases they quickly troubleshot and repaired issues that other RV mechanics had passed off as "normal bad behavior". Have earned our business. Very experienced and honest. Worn out steering control in the 2008 and bad kingpins from the Ford factory in the 2016. After local Ford Truck dealer had "repaired" the bad kingpins under warranty I took it back to Ray to have him check their work and sure enough Ford had left the bearings extremely loose! Rather than risk losing the RV to Ford for substandard work and another couple of weeks, I paid Ray a very reasonable price and he fixed Ford's work in a couple of hours. He didn't ask me to do it and encouraged me to take it back to Ford so they could see their shoddy workmanship, but I was fed up with Ford so I had Ray fix the Ford issue. Have had them repair/service our RVs numerous times now. They can do most anything: coach work, chassis repair, and body work. |
