Purchased on 2/27/2015. List of repairs. After 1 month only repairs done was 1 screw for shade in dining area fixed. Returned on 3/25/2015 for ceiling
leak in living room not repaired, shower door latch, door where washer and dryer door needs repair, power inverter, sofa bed mattress damage because of leak, ceilings front to bathroom damaged, out side TV not working, led light not working in front outside of RV, scrap on left front of RV still not repaired, broken sensor for door entrance light still not repaired, which was broken during time it was their care during second month of repairs, constant excuses and delays, which we are still trying to get resolved. Trying to get returned phone calls, someone with authority to step up and do their job and not pass the buck. |

As far as having any work any work done the only person i would allow to touch my RV is Joe. he did in 2 weeks what no one else could do in the 2 months
our RV sat for 2 months. the general manager, manager, and owner, Donna do not care about the customer and pass the buck blaming their employee's for their neglect. Unless you are willing to make a fuss they will drag their heels on your dollar. |

The work was done right on time, the first time and while they were working, they noticed a problem with the toilet that they fixed for me at no cost. Clean, friendly, and the price was about the same as all the other places around here. I have had serviced done at a couple of places, but Hitch-A-Rama is the only one I would recommend

| Evaluation of Service Performed: | Though the recall work didn't need to be done on my coach, a tech still went through the steps and checked what was ordered by the recall. It involved the electrical system, and it was good to know I didn't have to worry about that issue popping up down the road. Very accommodating, didn't have to wait long for an appt, allowed me to wait for the coach. 1 hour from my home, but well worth the trip. Also had a nice parts/accessories store in which the parts mgr was also very helpful. Even though they mostly deal with Class C's, thumbs up! | ||
