  Date of Service:   7/20/2017
  Work Done on:   Truck Campers
Service Performed:   Repair insurance claim work on camper. Two vent
fans and replace awning. Also extra work of
summer-rizing the camper for the season. Was
told that it was less than a days work once the
parts arrived. IT TOOK TWO MONTHS. Very
poor effort to coordinate with the insurance
company and The camper manufacturer. On top
of that, my awning that was removed was taken by
someone there because when I asked for it, they
said it was in the scrap yard. When we went to
retrieve it, it was gone. I was told by the service
advisor that "it must have been taken to the dump".
This of course is unlikely as the scrap yard was full
of material that showed rust and grass growing
between, meaning they haven't done a scrap run
in a long time. Obviously, someone there took it
and did a simple repair to it to reuse or sell it as
that's what I had planned. Finally, the last straw
was the fact that they said my camper received
damage from hail while it was in my yard and they
took it upon themselves to replacements to the
tune of almost 800.00. I did not authorize this and
worse yet, I can't see any work done! As I missed
most of the summer with it sitting in their shop, I
was fed up. I paid the bill and will never go there
again. They are an Artic fox dealer but I will go
elsewhere in the future.
Evaluation of Service Performed:   Sloppy sealing job and missed sections for
caulking. My water cap was missing, the water
system was still full of antifreeze (I paid for a full
flush) and screws were loose throughout.
  Value of Service:   Poor
  Quality of Service:   Poor
