  Work Done on:   Class A - Diesel
  Service Performed:   Basic annual maintenance, oil change, generator service, lube, M1
level service checks.
  Evaluation of Service Performed:   All work was completed within the day and items for follow-up were
identified and documented. I asked for an estimate on these items and
one was provided a few days later itemizing each repair item, cost for
parts and cost for labor all included. I'll provide a separate review of
that work once it is completed.

  Service Performed:   I had a check engine light come on. SPN indicted low voltage to DEF unit. Freightliner 24/7 walked me through trouble
shooting to no avail. Recommended a service center. Found Five Star Fire is a Freightliner Oasis shop. We arrived late in the
after noon. At closing time the shop manager (Mike) sent the original tech (Chet) home and stayed after to finish all the work.
Issue was moisture on a connection that would cause an intermittent problem. Connection was cleaned dried and codes
  Evaluation of Service Performed:   Excellent job of running down all the possible problems. The shop also pulled up a complete report on my VIN and found I have
an open recall. As we are on the road and it was a Friday evening I will have the recall done at a later date.
Note that despite the name this is a Freightliner Oasis shop.
