Service Performed:  
Purchased tires for motor home. Tires were mounted and
balanced. Macon Commercial is a authorized Michelin
dealer, tire were purchased under the Family Motor
Coach Associations Michelin Advantage Plan.
 
Evaluation of Service Performed:  
My size 235/80R/22.5 are reportedly hard to get,
waited three weeks for tires to come in, they came in
while was on the road and they held them until i
returned. Mounting and re-positioning of tires went
well, tech found a gash in the sidewall of front tire
that I did not see. Front office did not know how to
handle Advantage program sales resulting in over
charging me for tires. Michelin corporate straitened
it out in a flash, two days later the credit was
applied to my account. In spite of the problems, the
service was satisfactory. If you use the Advantage
Plan, be sure that you get Michelin customer service
to tell you how it is supposed to work. I would buy
from them again.
