Excellent customer service is hard to
come by these days, so I wanted to review Bill from Honest RV Helper. Our last trip we noticed a soaking wet towel in one of the upper cupboards in our truck camper, and figured we must have a leak that went unnoticed. I called Bill, who answered right away and was professional and nice on the phone. He was able to come out on the same day I called (surprise!). He showed up on time, in a professional vehicle and in professional attire - but that didn't stop him from hopping right on top of our RV. Bill looked everything over and found cracking in the roof and also a broken off plumbing vent that we didn't even know was broken. He returned the next day (again, on time and looking sharp) and repaired the roof, replaced the plumbing vent and caulked all around our RV. Reasonably priced, genuine guy and honest - just like the name implies. Highly recommend. |
