I had a leak in my black tank. Wagner's was able to
contact the manufacturer of my travel trailer for
the replacement parts. While they were waiting for
the parts to arrive, they sealed the black tank leak
on a temporary basis to allow us to take it out one
last time before the season ended. This sealing
effort was at no charge. Lastly, once the black
tank leak was corrected, we advised that we would be
storing our trailer for the winter and wondered
about the warranty of the work. We were advised
that we could store it for the winter, then take it
out and see if the leak was corrected. If not, bring
it back and they would make it right with no charge.
We just finished our 1st trip of the year and there
was no leak. You cannot say enough of the quality
of work and the excellent customer service. I will
definitely be taking my trailer back to Wagner's for any
further work.

I had a blowout on the highway which tore out the hydraulic lines to the jacks on the side with the blowout, this left me
with no way to unhook, and no spare.

This company took the time out of their heavy schedule to take care of my immediate problem. They had new hydraulic lines
made, installed like new, and checked out the system. they installed a new tire for my spare, his was all completed in an
extremely record time and got me back on the road.

Class C
Truck Campers

I want to commend OERV for good service. This is the second time we needed repairs to one of our RVs. The first time
about five years ago we had a PU camper. A tire blew out at high speed. As the tire shredded it tore off one of the
support jacks. I called OE. Told them the model of the camper. They ordered the jack. About a week later they called and
said the jack was in. I took the camper to OE. They said do you want to wait while the work is done. About an hour later
the work was done and I was on my way.
Recently, we needed two repairs for our Class C motor home. One was replace a damaged awning arm and the other was repair
the slide out topper that would not roll up correctly. I called OE and they said bring the unit in and they would get
right on it. I took the unit in and was told that a new awning arm would have to be ordered. They called me the next day
and told me what the cost of the awning arm would be and gave me said there would be about two hours labor cost for both
repairs.
The arm was received by OE on May 11. On May 12 they called and said they work was completed...The arm was replaced and
the slide out topper was repaired. The unit was ready to be pickup. The total cost for parts and labor was exactly what
the estimate was. With these two repair experiences, I highly recommend Wagners Outdoor Express RV for repairs, not only
for the good work and reasonable parts and labor costs but also for the prompt work. I have heard of other RVers having
had to wait one or two months for repairs. Our experience with OE Express has been excellent. I highly recommend them for
service.
