Fantastic service in North Carolina
I wanted to share probably the best customer service
experience I have had for some time. We needed a
knowledgeable,experienced, no-nonsense person to
perform a due diligence on a Dutch Star for us and
found Keith Frazier at Fraziers Mobile RV Service in
Silver City ( 336-302-3509).
Keith is a 20 year experienced Cummins technician
with Spartan factory training with a huge 2 bay shop
setup at his home, large enough to accommodate 2 , 40
ft coaches with room to spare.
It's not common to find an experienced technician who
loves his work and thoroughly enjoys helping people
and taking the time to explain in layman's terms what
is required and the urgency of each job. Keith's
mobile RV service component is icing on the cake.
We just spent a few days with Keith and April first
doing the due diligence then some service work
at his shop. He drove with April from NC to Augusta
to check it out then we met him back at his shop in
NC for the work.
All I can say is it was so nice dealing with a
wonderful family and going out for dinner together at
the end of the day. It was even better to get our
coach prepared and serviced ready for a 1500 mile
trip home.
I don't want to sound like a commercial but when you
get real old-fashioned great service it's worth
sharing.
Replaced left rear leveling jack cylinder and return springs.

Evaluation of Service Performed:
He was ready for me to pull into his very clean and neat shop when I arrived. The work was done
in a professional manner and tested thoroughly. I was extremely pleased with the work and he
also educated me about the engine Fuel system. His price for this work was very reasonable. I
will definitely use his services again.
