Slide floor repair, slide wiper seal replacement (two
slides), clean/inspect/repack wheel bearings. |

Richard worked with our manufacturer to make some
repairs under the extended structural warranty (receiving parts and seals from the MFG). He also performed the periodic maintenance on our wheel bearings. He pays meticulous attention to detail and is very knowledgeable about every system and component of RVs. I am originally from the Las Cruces area and we spend time back there with family at least once a year. Richard will be my go-to RV technician whenever we are in Las Cruces. |

Called Richards RV Service as my thermostat in my Class A was not getting power. Ricard Rose arrived promptly and troubleshot
the problem. He did a full check of available power to the A/C systems and determined it was a failure of a low voltage wire. |

Richard worked hard to troubleshoot the issue. He is pretty wise as to RV systems and how they operate. I would rate his
work as exceeds standard. |
