  Date of Service:   5/22/2017
  Company Contact:   RJ
Work Done on:   5th Wheel Trailer
Service Performed:   We pulled into Grand Canyon Railroad RV Park and had
three issues with our 5th wheel. The water heater
would not work on the electric side, the bedroom
slide out motor and transmission were shot and our
main TV in the living room had taken a dive. We were
referred to RJ and NRVS Precise by the Park.
He came to our unit and we discussed the repairs. We
told him we had a service contract for repairs so we
provided him the information for them. He supposedly
repaired the hot water heater, which does not work on
electric now, and we've had to take it to our repair
facility once we arrived home. We had to leave prior
to repairing the slide out, however, he did mail a
motor to us. We were never reimbursed for the TV so
he screwed us out of $486.00 there. He got the
insurance company for $1,669.44, and did nothing but
give us lip service. We had attempted several times
to get our money out of him, but now he will not
answer his phone with any call from our area code.
Evaluation of Service Performed:   Work was not performed at all. This guy is a smooth
operator. Beware, Beware, Beware!

Work Done on:   Class A - Diesel
Service Performed:   Entry steps were not working so I had Precise RV Services work on them at
the Grand Canyon Railroad RV park in Williams,AZ. He worked for 4 hours and
could not get them to work. Installed new control board and motor which I'm
not sure either was needed. He then said he had no idea what to do next.
Charged me $480 and the steps were the same as when he showed up--not
working.
Evaluation of Service Performed:   Why some one who says he's been in business for 40 something years
could not fix my steps and charged me $480 is beyond me. Beware and be
warned if you run into this company. Wish I would have found this site
before I spent $480 for nothing.

  Date of Service:   10/31/2016
  Company Contact:   Rex
Work Done on:   Class A - Diesel
Service Performed:   Engine battery was not charging and then the inverter
quit. Rex diagnosed the problem and ordered parts.
Charged us $1190 for the parts and we never received
them! We went out of our way to have this work done and
he showed up and said they were damaged. This is after
more than 2 weeks of his promising to have the parts
Evaluation of Service Performed:   The work was poor. The charge was even worse. He
eventually gave us back $316 of the $1190 he charged us.
We got no benefit from Rex looking at our rig. Run as
fast you can from him. We have his business card, but
don't have an actual address for him. He bills through
the credit card as Neighborhood RV Service. He works in
the summer out of Williams, and in the winter out of the
Lake Havasu area. We trusted him to get the needed
parts while we continued on our trip. We left the Grand
Canyon, went onto San Diego, then to Indio, CA. We
arranged to travel back through Lake Havasu so that he
could make the repairs. We drove totally out of our way
to go there and met him at Walmart and he didn't have
the parts. This is after us driving east rather than
west to head home to Washington state. It took him week
to finally give us the paltry refund. We filed a
complaint with our credit card and are still trying to
resolve this.

  Date of Service:   9/16/2016
Work Done on:   Class A - Diesel
Service Performed:   I had Rex come to the Grand Canyon Railroad RV Park in Williams AZ. for a problem with my refrigerator on Saturday 9/16/16.
He told me my refrigerator was bad and had to be replaced. He said he normally stocks them but was out of stock. He said he
could order one for me and come install it in Henderson NV because he also works out of Boulder City. Being a new RVer, I
believed him, after all, he had been recommended to me by the RV Park. I agreed and gave him my credit card as he stated he
needed the full amount of $1798.56 in advance to order the frig, not including labor. The following Monday when I got home,
I called him to check with him. He said it would be at least two weeks before he gets the Frig. I told him I had found one
at Camping World, for $1469.76 and that I could go buy one if he could cancel his order. He said ok and that he would come
out and install it. After 2 weeks, he showed up with a helper and had the new one installed in about an hour. I asked if we
could now settle up seeing he still had my $1798.56. He stated he had to go back to the office to figure things out and not
to worry that he would treat me very fairly. He also took my old frig with him saying he had to remove the matching wood
panels at his shop and would return them to me. After repeatedly calling him, I get a refund back to my credit card for
$702.62. and no wood panels. I called him many times to question him about the panels and if he was charging me $1100.00
for installing the frig because I had not heard from him nor did I get any further refund. He stated that I'm not getting
anymore freebies and to go back and continue watching Sesame Street. Very rude! As for my face panels that match my
cabinets, he said he threw them away.
Evaluation of Service Performed:   BAD, BAD, BAD. Stay away from this maniac. I didn't include the language he used when I was able to contact him. He doesn't
disclose a physical address so the only way to contact him is by phone which he doesn't answer once he can ID your number. It
cost me $1100 a service call to install a refrigerator and I lost my face panels.
