Our RV has been in this shop going on
three weeks now and upon personal inspection for a week the RV remained virtually untouched. We finally had to travel home and many excuses are being offered up, but the net is, this shop has been taking it's "own sweet time" getting this RV repaired. This installation primarily services "big rigs" by the looks of the inventory at the parking lot, so my impression is RVs take a back seat for service. It may seem premature to review this repair location, but repairs have taken far too long and three weeks is far too long given the diagnosis. |
