Frank gave advice on the phone when we called with problem. We tried that and when that did not fix the problem he came to the campground and
immediately started to diagnose and fix the problems. In these isolated areas in the winter Frank travels throughout the area to assist and fix RV issues.
When you are in this area Frank is the one to call.

Generator diagnosis and repair

Evaluation of Service Performed:
We had been having ongoing problems with our
generator and had three different service providers
look at it, at considerable expense, as we worked
our way across the country. Frank came to our camp
ground, looked at the problem made a diagnosis, and
ordered the new carburetor we needed to repair the
problem. The next day, we went to his shop which,
will accommodate even the largest of diesel pushers,
and he got the job done. He went the extra step in
fully checking out the generator for output, proper
governor function and recover under load. The
generator now starts like it should and purrs like a
kitten. A job well done.
