Everything from a roof coming apart to
the fridge not working half the time.
To a million stupid things they can't
fix.
 
Evaluation of Service Performed:  
Work being done, really, they have
been lying to me for 6 months. They
have had my trailer for 6 months and
havent fixed shit. 4 months in and
they started to order parts. Cant
evaluate something they don't do, like
work. It's a joke.
We have a 2016 Hideout 26 RLS. Four short trips in we had a major failing of the awning rolling out (while we were rolling) in the campground and it
destroyed the awning and caused major damage to side of the camper. Our dealer Sonny's Camp N Travel in Concord NC (Maxie-Service Manager,
Jonathan-Sales, and their entire staff!) worked with us and Keystone (Alisha, Alicia, & Jason Clark) and determined that the failing was the fault of the LCI
Awning. It took some time but the camper damage was COMPLETELY resolved back to factory new so we are indeed satisfied Keystone owners from Sonnys
Camp N Travel in Concord NC!

Service Performed:  
The work done on my motorhome ranged
throughout 2016. I purchased a 2016
Thor Synergy TT24 on
Jan. 2, 2016 and began compiling lists
of the following warranty work: cab
window leaks, missing utility bay water
hose access, slide seal leaks, loose
screws on ladder and roof seams,
missing caulk around door, stress
cracks on entry door grab-handle bases,
galley drawers not staying closed when
travelling, raised screw head under
galley linoleum, black tank sensors
misconnected, baggage door handles not
working correctly, the bathroom door
magnet brackets pulled away from the
ceiling, the front cabover vents had no
airflow, and rubber cab step treads
blew away while driving.
 
Evaluation of Service Performed:  
Throughout 2016 the Sonny's service
team addressed each and every item to
my satisfaction and even acted on my
behalf with Thor when there were
warranty approval delays. Maxie Rowell
and his staff were great to work with
but I made sure that I worked with them
too! My living in West Virginia did not
make it convenient to leave the rig but
I made sure that I sent photos along
with my descriptions of the problems
which helped them locate/isolate the
problems and make the needed repairs.
Also, I am not an employee in their
company and have no interest or
association with any Sonny's Camp N
Travel location; this is merely my
personal evaluation.
