Art's patience, detailed descriptions, directions & systematic investigation of different possibilities narrowed the problem
and had it resolved; turned out to be one of those very simple things that only trying various possibilities would track down. All this while on the phone! As the real estate add says, "If I could give more than 5 stars, I would." |

Art came to scene of our breakdown in a school parking lot on a country road in a remote part of Maine although road service is not normally part of his
business. He and his assistant did a superb job finding replacement parts and installing them in the parking lot. Outstanding effort and results. |
