| Service Performed: | 20k service plus generator service. Replaced filters, adjusted door, replaced brake fluid and charged over $1800. | ||

RV was there for over three weeks. Damaged in hail storm was not notified until a week later when vehicle was completed. Parts were charged out at three
times NAPA cost but the filters are "guaranteed". Oil was not changed so I had to return the vehicle and they tried to charge me $273 for an oil change and they overfilled the oil and I had to wait for 90 minutes for them to drain the overage. Also did not estimate the hail damage as promised. Nothing but excuses. This business is overwhelmed and lacks quality control procedures. |
