Evaluation of Service Performed:
Came out to campground to evaluate problem. Did not seem to know how to
remove motor, I had to tell him there was a screw holding it down from the
outside as he was trying to pry it out forcefully. Very poor follow-up on his
part when I called, left voice messages and texts

Work Done on:
Class A - Diesel

Service Performed:
Was having some trouble with inverter and room slides on motorhome. Had John come out and checked it out and was told needed new inverter and
hydraulic pump, motor and tank. Gave him 2 months to do repairs.

Evaluation of Service Performed:
He waited until 2 weeks before I was to leave Moab and started work he removed hydraulic pump and motor and tank and when he installed new stuff
nothing worked and broke manual retract rods and i had to pay $500 for someone to come and get slides in. On the inverter he installed a new one and
again nothing electrical worked. Had to get home to Grand Junction, 120, miles to have to pay $1050 to get hydraulic wired correctly and John had hooked
hot wire to inverter with insulation scraped off and clamped to inverter and shorted it out. I had to pay $974 to get retract rods replaced and replace the 2
solenoids that he had cut the wires on. I would tie a rope and pull it by hand to someone else before I would let him work on another motorhome of mine I
wished there was another selection to describe this place beside POOR it ended up costing me $3974 plus the $4600 the extended warranty company paid
him.
