Company Contact:
Rich Carter

Work Done on:
Class A - Diesel

Service Performed:
Replace Power Steering hose and steering fluid at a rest area, approximately 6 miles from their shop.

Evaluation of Service Performed:
The mechanic was knowledgable and proficient, from time he arrived until finish was 3 hours which included removing hose taking it to Pirtek Fluid Systems,
a hose fabricator. Problem is they charged me 5 hours of labor, $338 for an 8 foot hose and almost $200 for steering fluid, and $150 for miscellaneous
supplies. Total initial price was $1495.00! Which he reduced to $1317.00 when I protested that he was gouging me.
