| Service Performed: | Trouble shoot vibration problem -- solved in less than 30 minutes. Bad U-Joint that had bad channels in it -- was not lubricating properly even though grease was being inserted correctly. Replaced both U-Joints and got the replacement covered under my extended warranty policy. | ||
| Evaluation of Service Performed: | Work was completed very fast. Had an appointment and when I arrived, they took me right in and had the coach ready within two days -- I had other work done also. Ride height adjustment, lubed the chassis, etc. Always a pleasure to work with Bill and his employees - all very professional !!!!! | ||

Brand new Monaco Diplomat. Motor had 3 times just stopped without any warning lights or signs of trouble. Had been towed into two different shops without problem being fixed. Left RV at their shop and went home. Mr Thomas called many times from his home with questions. He was determined to find the problem.

| Evaluation of Service Performed: | They changed out the entire ignition system and checked for other sources of possible problem. They delivered RV 300 miles to my home as proof of the work they had done. I can't say enough good about their interest in solving the unknown problem. Runs like a top now. Thanks Mr Thomas! | ||
