It�s 10:30 pm and I send Terry a text. He calls within 5 minutes, talks me through the issue and provides spot on advice to evaluate the sail switch on the furnace. I am able to do the work myself in 15 minutes.   Evaluation of Service Performed:   Jayco/Entegra should be paying this guy to fix all their rigs for the warranty period. He is efficient and courteous. Gave me easy instructions on what to do to test and figure out the issue. Stayed on the phone and had me send a photo while I did all the checklist. Called me back both times within an hour and did ALL this at absolutely zero charge. Entegra motor coach should be paying for solving their issues in this way. The issue was driven by an incorrect installation of a 30 AMP outlet to the back of my house, so self inflicted. Make sure your electrician wires for 120V NOT 220V.   Evaluation of Service Performed:   Terry was extremely knowledgeable and able to very quickly get to the source of the problem which was the power charger converter. We walked through a number of tests to isolate it to this issue. The problem was corrected in a few days. I called Terry. He was not able to respond. I sent him a video/audio of the sound. He took the time to listen to the sound, and determined it was a fan issue. He mentioned possible trash on the fan. He told me where to look. He was right. Problem solved in a minute. I then called Terry to let him know, he gave me a date to come fix it and never showed up. I called again and received the same response for a year. He then told me he broke his neck April 2019 and would send someone to take care of it. To date I have not heard from him at all. And I am out at least $1000.00 if not more. I plan to take the matter to court on financial exploitation and fraud. The contract is for two years replacement and he has lied for the first year while I trusted he over and over trying to be nice about things. �Don�t trust him� or his wife. Refilled the motor and replaced the 40 amp fuse that had blown. He got my customers back on the road quickly and the cost was more than reasonable. So I didn't have any heat and the temp was going down to 35 degrees tonight. Terry tested the 12 volt electrical panel and was able to fix it.   Evaluation of Service Performed:   I called Terry to set up an appointment. He came to the campsite at RVacation and fixed it promptly. He was very personable and explained the system to me. He was more than fair on his pricing too. Excellent service! Heater would not work either on electricity or propane.   Evaluation of Service Performed:   Although "Terry" was not able to trace and solve the problem in the time available with the equipment available, the steps he went through were all logical and his explanations clear and believable. When time ran out, he recommended other organizations to continue the analysis. Terry left behind an impression of openness, honesty and fairness. He looked at it, pulled it away from the slide, and said he has a special epoxy that he used for that, and he would be back. Two weeks later, he still had not returned so I flagged him down when he drove by. He said he'd be back that afternoon. We left 4 days later and still he hadn't come back. He charged us a hefty fee & NEVER repaired anything. He only put boards on top of rotten boards and the list can go on.   Evaluation of Service Performed:   We would NOT recommend him to anyone. He has been sued for this work and currently has a judgment against him.
