Service Performed:  
We got a check engine light on our 2013 Phaeton in the "middle of nowhere AZ". Drove to El Paso and parked in their RV site until next day, when they could
look at it. The DEF temperature sensor was bad, but they had to replace the entire heat exchanger/sensor unit. They got one from Cummins dealer and
installed it the next day.
 
Evaluation of Service Performed:  
They did the job quickly and thoroughly, and the $1100 cost of the part was covered under Freightliner warranty, but we had to pay the labor. If they would
have sent us to the Freightliner center down the street, the labor would have been also covered under warranty.
