This is the kind of facility that anyone with a diesel pusher has been looking for. They are a heavy truck facility that doesn't treat motorhome owners as
second class citizens. They are experienced and highly competent. I would be confident that they could fix virtually any chassis and most engine problems. Alan is an exceptionally competent "service adviser" and he interprets what you tell him about your problems and puts them in terms that his technicians can understand. Mike is an exceptional service manager who isn't satisfied to just replace parts; he wants to understand why they failed which is an inquisitiveness unusual in the automotive repair business in my experience. We had a significant several day repair done here and I'm very very pleased with how it was all handled. I'll make it a point to come here in the future. |
