We bought our used 5th wheel Cyclone back in January and last week we hooked up to it and it had a terrible leak. I was, of course, upset and thinking
great we bought this 3 months ago as is, so this will be a wonderful expense. I immediately called Steve at Colaw, he said bring it over at our convenience. Well, today we took it over, got there around 11 am. They got into the bay in about 30 or 45 minutes (remember no appointment). They found the leak, fixed a couple of other small things, showed us a couple of things that I wasn't sure about, had us back on the road around 3pm! NO CHARGE!! I will work with them for all my future needs if possible! Shout out to Colaw RV in Carthage, MO |
