Re-seal the top of the exterior door and remove silicone from leaking
window frame. |

The truck was already at the park and I asked them to tell me what it
would cost to seal the window and door. The young man scraped some silicone off the window and said that would seal it. He then ran a 3' bead of silicone around the top of the door. He told me he had to ask his father what it would cost and then charged me $142 dollars for 15 minutes of work. I should have insisted on a price first so live and learn. Again, they were already here and charged me $100 for the service call! Get the estimate first or buy a tube of silicone and at least try it yourself! I don't know yet if the leak is fixed but it was an overall poor experience. What's more, I recommended them to the neighbors who originally called them! |

Quick and efficient. Work done as promised at the agreed upon price. My only small criticism is that they aren't very punctual. They do return calls promptly
and, once on site, they obviously know what they are doing. It's a family operation. I met the father, son and daughter. They seem like good folks. Mom works in the office. |
