Awning ripped on a brand new Bighorn

They did nothing for us. We bought a brand new Bighorn. Took it
out the next weekend to make sure everything was working okay. My
husband noticed that the awning was ripped. He called immediately
and let them know. They gave us a date to bring it in. After 2 weeks,
they told us the claim was denied by Heartland and they were not
going to do anything either. Now...when I called the service
department, they told me we had 10 days to make sure everything
was okay. We took it out in the 7th day. They said we should have
noticed it when we did the walk through. Their walk through was
inside a building where you can’t see light in a small tear in the
awning. This is the worst company I’ve ever dealt with. PLEASE
take my advice, DO NOT BUY from them. Go on Facebook and ask
to join the Heartland group and ask people about LeMesa. I was
shocked at how many people had bad experiences. They want to
sell it to you then forget you. This is MY experience.

I purchased a 3 year old Bighorn in great shape. I had it inspected (30 point inspection) and slide toppers installed. I was told both A/C units needed
replacing.

It was a terrible experience all the way. Communication was poor as I never really knew what work they performed or what parts were being installed. I
found out from another company that one of the A/C units did not need replacement, he repaired for $50 (saved me $1000. The other was replaced with
the wrong unit. In the end, LaMesa fixed the problems, but they will never touch my rig again. I spent $5000 there and feel totally ripped off.
