Everything we asked to be fixed they did we could not have found a better company to work on our RV they went out of their way to take the best care of us

We called one month ahead of time to let them know what we needed so they could have all parts there when we arrived. Nothing was ordered, We had to
stay in a hotel 7 days with 4 of those days we could have stayed in our fifth wheel as they did not start on repairs until it sat there for 4 days. We supplied the electric gate valves, they just had to install them as the old ones quit working. The valves were installed but handles were not with right tanks. Gray water is where black water should be and so forth. Leak in the underbelly was not fixed and is still leaking every time we shower. Hotel cost over $800.00 and total repair bill was over $2000 and nothing was fixed except the installation of the new air conditioner and the awning. |
