| Service Performed: | Needed an emergency roadside service on Class C RV after hitting a road construction barrel on I95 at exit 49 in Darien. | ||

Called Good Sam's Roadside Assistance, they contacted Southern Auto & Diesel. Robert called, confirmed my location and the situation at hand. He was on
site in less than 45 minutes. Removed a broken arm to awning, reattached the awning roll to the bracket on the RV and had me back on the road within 30 minutes of arriving. Awning remained secure until I got back to my home RV dealer for the repair. Robert was courteous, knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. If I am traveling though this area again and need assistance on my RV I would not hesitate to contact Southern Auto & Diesel and ask for Robert. |

While traveling on the interstate along our trip we were having intermittent engine stalling then broke down close to exit 29 and called this shop, Robert
came out took a look discussed our options, helped arrange a tow, and got it to the shop where we were kept informed and got it done quickly well quick as they could for this kind of problem. The shop was very clean and looked to me like a good area of the town. I would recommend these guys. |
