5th Wheel Trailer

In February of this year, my wife and I purchased a new Rushmore Lincoln 5th wheel. The trailer was just what we were looking for. Tim was awesome to deal
with thru the whole purchase. There were two small issues when we picked it up that arrangements were made to ship me the parts. At the end of August, on our way home I heard a loud bang from the trailer. Long story short, Tim sent pictures that I sent him to Cross Roads RV. Two days later the factory was on the phone with me to make arrangements to pick up our trailer and return it for the repair. We picked it up on 10/5/15 and it is perfect I would, and have sent anyone to this dealer, they are honest, stick by their word and work hard to earn you as a long time customer. |
