They ordered a perfect replacement unit and installed it including the required install of the new thermostat. Job was done with perfection and complete cleanup. Worked with my extended warranty for payment.   Evaluation of Service Performed:   Work was most timely and I couldn’t ask for better company to deal with. They are as honest as one could ask for and really care about me as a customer. Also repaired under carriage damage. They do not do tire work but they helped us find a new tire dealer in the area and handled the mounting and installation of the new tires we purchased.   Evaluation of Service Performed:   We were on the road when the blowout happened. Leonard helped us out immediately when others would not. Tiffany and Leonard were very professional, friendly and courteous. Chris treated our RV like it was his own. Both jacks and the mounts were bent beyond repair. The old jacks were relived, the bent mounts were cut off and new mounts welded to frame. New jacks were installed and system tested.   Evaluation of Service Performed:   Excellent company to deal with. Mark is very accommodating and willing to work with you if issues are encountered.
