Work Done on:
Class A - Diesel

Service Performed:
Repair/replace faulty Silverleaf system and do routine maintenance (generator oil/filter change, engine fluid, chassis lube).

Evaluation of Service Performed:
AVOID. They couldn't do the Silverleaf system (completely beyond their level of expertise) and without giving me an estimate of repair they ran up a bill of
over $3500 doing the basic maintenance. I have had the coach for years and have had this maintenance done for $600 at Cummins dealership, except for
the generator which Cummins doesn't do, but most RV dealers charge $200 for. RV dealers are more expensive usually than Cummins but these guys are
crooks and clueless. I am not happy that they did the work and did not get my approval.
Tom seems like a great guy when you meet him, but in his mind he is looking to rip you off however he can. I will never return and sorry that I was driving
through the area camping and decided to pay them a visit.

Work Done on:
Class A - Diesel

Service Performed:
Air Force One brake system between RV and car not working properly. No brakes and no right turn signal. Wetnight RV took us in right away with only an
advance phone call.

Evaluation of Service Performed:
Jeff diagnosed two different problems. Found and fixed a bad wire for turn signal. Brake problem took longer to diagnose. Apparently a mud dabbler built a
nest in the air system and caused a blockage. Jeff worked hard at the mysterious brake problem tracing the air line and checking wiring charts on-line to
make sure he didn't miss anything.
