Service Performed:
Called to request they look at two items approximately one month out of warranty. Service strongly discouraged me saying Keystone would not honor out
of warranty claims. I called Keystone and was told to bring it to the dealer anyway, which we did. Dealer did not get to our trailer that day even though they
knew and claimed they did not that we are fulltimers. We were leaving on a separate trip without trailer so the apologized and offered to store the trailer
there for the 4 days we would be gone. However, when we picked it up the batteries were dead and propane turned off, resulting in loss of refrigerator
and freezer contents!! Long story short, they only partially reimbursed th lost food, and NEVER ORDERED the warranty parts. Yes, Keystone honored the
warranty despite Bish's insistence they would not. When the parts failed to arrive after 2 weeks during which my calls were not returned - I had to go in -
we finally had to leave. Bish's promised to have the parts sent to another dealer, never happened. I had to call Keystone directly to resolve.
