Both check engine lights came on during our trip from SW Florida to Montana. Jeff analyzed the error codes as the DEF tank heater, hot water from the
cooler, is heating the DEF tank, despite temperatures in the high 90's, this is meant for freezing temperatures. Our motorhome has only 2,900 miles on it. |

Despite being booked for over a week in advance, James in service did fit us into their schedule within a day. Jeff and Dean, their RV tech, located and
remediated our issue within 3 hours. They even wrote down the Freightliner DEF heater part number, in case their calibration wouldn't reliable work but it did. Super friendly, knowledgeable and helpful with an understanding of RV'ers needs they did everything to accommodate us. We never stayed in the driver's lounge, but did some errants while the technicians worked on our RV. |
