Took possession of a new Reflection fifth wheel in March of 2017. I have never seen such poor inspection work and haste to get a unit out the gate. This
after many years of owning all kinds of RV's and working on them myself. I had to fix all the problems resulting from shabby workmanship and a poor PDI
myself,no help from Blue Dog RV. I highly recommend folks "RUN" from these crooks.

Troubleshoot hot water heater won't fire.

Evaluation of Service Performed:
The tech determined that we needed a new gas valve. He replaced it. However, he didn't check to make sure the water heater came on. Fortunately, I
checked it before we left and it still didn't fire. The service manager came out and discovered the winterization valve was off. I had just purchased the unit
and was unfamiliar with it. But a certified tech should have seen it. So they gave us the valve for free. The second night of our month-long trip I was
outside setting up and my wife turned the hot water heater on. Flames began shooting out of the hot water heater compartment. Turns out the tech forgot
to put a sleeve on the gas tube, so propane had been leaking for two days and when we went to turn it on, the accumulated gas ignited! I shutter to think
of what might have happened had we been sleeping when the hot water heater kicked on as we were traveling with elderly parents. Fortunately I was able
to use my trusty rescue tape to get us to a place in Missouri that could fix it correctly. I'm hoping that tech is either not working there or relegated to
washing RVs, rather than repairing them.
