  Service Performed:   Onan generator repair
  Evaluation of Service Performed:   Brad had no idea what was wrong with my
Onan Generator. Called on Saturday after
seeing company vans driving thru the RV
park we were in. Which is only a few blocks
from their shop. Brad said he was tied up for
the day. And that he would call Monday
morning. Never called. I called Tuesday,
same story, but finally came Tuesday
afternoon. Asked him to change fuel filter. He
kept messing with the power transfer switch.
Finally after calling someone and telling them
the code it was flashing, decided to go ahead
and change the filter. Appointment for
Wednesday. Generator ran for a while, then
he hooked wiring all back up and left. When
I started generator back up, it sounded like
something shorting out. Of course, Brad
wasn�t available to come back out. It was
time for us to depart, so drove back to KC
with no generator for A/C. We were charged
a $100 service call, to come a few blocks.
Then his rate was $140 per hour. So $240
labor to change a fuel filter was outrageous.

  Service Performed:   Found and ordered parts, in the past leak found and
fixed, generator repaired, and others handled.
  Evaluation of Service Performed:   Have used Blue Lake for about 5 years now. First on an
older Class A (diesel) and recently on new Class C.
Brad and Debbie are great! Professional, helpful and
friendly. Very knowledgeable. Had large dealer tell me
generator was to old to repair and would be $6000 for
new one. Brad fixed it for $400 and worked great.
Can't recommend them enough.

  Service Performed:   Replace front jacks, reseal roof and body.
  Evaluation of Service Performed:   Great job, they took their time and did it right. I have used them several times now

  Service Performed:   My Onan generator would not fire. I could not hear the fuel pump running. I took it off and took it the Brad, he checked and said, Bad, sold me I new one and
gave me some new electric contacts. I have had a slide seal replaced and a leak fixed by them in the past. Nice honest people.
