Friday afternoon, I was an hour out and Morry said he would meet me at his shop. Excellent service! Excellent attitude! Very
impressive operation, extremely organized. I thought the days of this kind of service were behind us...not so with West Coast Mobile RV. |

Morry was referred to us by 2 satisfied customers,
after 2 Cummins dealers told us we'd need to replace a part that wasn't in stock. We planned to wait in Florence until Morry could examine, order & install it. We hoped he'd also have a suggestion for our fridge that wasn't working. |

Morry diagnosed the generator and fixed the loose
wire in 20 minutes - no part needed, no days of wait time! For the fridge, he quickly confirmed prior troubleshooting by other shops was inaccurate and traced to a bad board. His supplier could provide it faster and as competitively-priced as anything we'd found during the trip. While working on this, he correctly identified a minor electrical issue that had plagued us for a long-time, permanently fixing the low-voltage issue in the coach and making it whole. Should we have a major repair need, I'd seriously consider traveling to Florence from wherever we are, just to have Morry work on it. |

Morry returned 3 times to trace down a persistent water leak that no other shop could find and repair in repeated attempts of throwing money at the
problem. I expected to have to replace the water heater but when he tracked it down it was just a hard to get to plastic connection. He could have told me it was the heater itself and charged a lot more, but he has old-fashioned values that are all too rare these days. He doesn't take your money and disappear, he keeps at it until the job is done right, and he doesn't overcharge. I would use this company any time. |

Wonderful timely and reasonably priced. I could tell he knew what he was doing, his tools were organized! He also didn't try to add-on any unneeded or
unnecessary items, even told us that we didn't need a new vent, just to clean it ourselves and showed us how to do it. |
