I have had my camper at Jamatt a few times but since Camper World took over the service is horrible. They require you to leave your camper with them for
the lead time of two weeks before they even get it in to the shop and then I came up to winterize my camper and they had left the vent open over my bed during a heavy rain. Don't take your camper to this shop if you need it. It has now been in their care for 3 1/2 weeks and I am not sure when it will be out. |

Warranty work and other things. I would also buy another RV from them because of their good prices and excellent service department.

Trena is very efficient. She not only went above and beyond but excelled in fixing things we asked for but informed us of other items unknown to us. For
example, steps had a recall and she was able to get another set of steps installed. No charge. Would highly recommend Trena and Jamatt service department. They are superb. |
