I determined that I had a leak in my filler hose and called a number of places for cars and big trucks in the Chelsea/Ann Arbor area. No one would do it. I
was told by someone that this could be done by me if I was handy, which I am. I asked about the clearance I would need, etc. and I was told it would be
fine. It wasn't. So, I got the gas tank dropped and couldn't access the filler hose, and I didn't want to go through putting it all back together, so I called
mobile mechanics in the area. Several refused, but the guy answering the phone at Big Truck Towing reluctantly agreed.
The mechanic who came out was named Mike. He is from Egypt and is super nice. We decided on a plan of action and he managed to get the hose off.
Naturally it had to be ordered because it isn't a standard length. Anyway, he came back out and finished the morning after the part arrived, I wasn't in a
hurry. Even though it was replacing a hose and two clamps - what seems easy, wasn't. Who designs these things? He did a great job.

Evaluation of Service Performed:
Repair is good. Mike was very professional and kept tabs with me while the part was on order. He arrived when he said he would and the rate I was charged
was fair. Mobile mechanics aren't cheap, but I found it to be reasonable.
