| Service Performed: | Dropped my new trailer off for minor warranty work. Was told 4 to 6 weeks. I finally picked my trailer up 1/27/16, 5 and a half months later. Not finished. | ||

Squeezed us in a busy shop, found two leaks in our air system, had new pipework made replaced tested and helped on the price. Stunned, just great
honest service. |

| Service Performed: | Fix bat wing antennae and replace two seized air conditioner units. | ||
| Evaluation of Service Performed: | Thorough and knowledgeable service tech. When the work could not be completed before the end of the first day, they parked us in one of their overnight pads. Excellent with free WiFi, all hook ups, concrete pad, nice lawn and several channels from antennae. Next day all work was completed and we were sorry to leave our nice site! | ||

| Service Performed: | They had to replace some outside trim, adjust the electric awing and several other small items. They also fixed several small cracks around one of the tail lights. They adjusted one of the slides so that it would travel in and out smoother. | ||
| Evaluation of Service Performed: | I felt that the work was completed in a very timely fashion. The Tech was more than willing to answer any and all questions. The Service Writer and Shop Foreman have always been very helpful and have spent all the time I needed to help me understand what was going on. I would highly recommend this Service area as they are very professional and understand what they are doing. | ||
