We bought a 2015 R-Pod 177 on January 23 2015. The dealer was really good about making the sale, BUT from that point there has been no customer
service. Taking delivery was a hassle as no one made sure the brakes worked and that was the start of a very bad experience! Today is March 10 and still the brakes don't work right and in no way are safe to use. In fact the dealer in Atascadero even put the brake hub assembly on wrong? (1/4 turn off on the brake hub, wrong) The dealer in Atascadero is neither equipped with the tools to do the work or the people with the experience to properly do the work. Over a month and the brakes a still not fixed or safe? This dealer in Atascadero does not care about its customers BUT only making the sale and getting your money. After that your on your own. Don�t buy from Pacific Coast RV in Atascadero Ca. |
