He refused to help. Therefore, unless you don't care about getting the required info for your insurance claim, I would not recommend him, even though his work was good and he was a nice guy.   Value of Service:   Fair   Quality of Service:   Fair       Date of Service:   5/1/2015   Work Done on:   Class A - Diesel   Service Performed:   Les is a Certified Aqua Hot Specialist. Had 2 other guys work on my system and neither of them could figure it out. He jumprd in and with-in 3 hours had the unit running perfectly again. He travels and works 6 months out of the year and then winters in Sattler, Texas   Evaluation of Service Performed:   Excellent work and all part he had in stock. If and when I need work done again Les will be the one.   Value of Service:   Excellent   Quality of Service:   Excellent               Date of Service:   3/3/2015   Work Done on:   Class A - Diesel   Service Performed:   We have had on/off smoking problems with our Aqua Hot 450DE. Even though serviced by others, we continued to have the problem recur many times over 6 months. Les helped us to keep costs down. He told us what park he was at, and we went to the same park so that each call was only for time he worked on the system. This was an intermittent issue, not so obvious as it would be okay at times and smoking at others. Lester continued to troubleshoot the system and first found the light sensor was drawing too much voltage. This helped. Then finally we used his 'loaner' control box. After three days of using it, it was fixed. He sold us a 'new' control box and it has worked flawlessly for 2 months!!! He is a prot�g� of Roger Berke, and hopefully we can have him work on our AquaHot if ever required.   Evaluation of Service Performed:   Solid repair strategies, had all new parts immediately available on his truck. Unlike previous certified tech he was able to test the fuel pump pressure though we had the newer copper fuel lines inside.   Value of Service:   Excellent   Quality of Service:   Excellent       Date of Service:   1/22/2015   Work Done on:   Class A - Diesel   Service Performed:   Aqua Hot blowing smoke.   Evaluation of Service Performed:   Work was all done properly, Les jumped in figured out the problems, tested and ran unit.
