Office staff were helpful and friendly. Tire tech got right to work on the job. Tech did make a mistake by scratching a wheel, which he reported promptly to
the service manager. Manager advised me and said they would order a replacement wheel and install at no charge. Mistakes do happen and they took care of it correctly. |
