Towing, and a hydraulic hose
failure. On Christmas Day a couple years ago we blew a hydraulic hose. This caused no power steering, and no hydraulic power to the radiator cooling fan. So we were stalled along the road. Mad J came 80 miles from Des Moines, towing paid by coach net. They towed me to Des Moines and fixed it on Christmas Day. We were desperate to get to Dallas for a sister's 50th wedding anniversary party. They had a friend who owned a hydraulic hose shop who they called and came and made us a new hose, then they even drove around to three different convenience stores to buy enough hydraulic fluid to refill our Reservoir. They only had a case on hand at their shop. I can't say enough good about this repair shop! |

Freightliner service centers are scarce in the Des Moines area, so it is very comforting to find a shop that has the towing capability, the Freightliner and
diesel expertise to keep my coach in tip-top shape. I plan on using Mad J for all my future servicing needs. I was impressed with the shop's attention to detail and their willingness to take the time to advise me on how to obtain maximum performance from my C-7 CAT. |
