The Service Writers were very friendly and knowledgeable. Their service manager Arlan is top notch and our Tech Eric was also very good. Charles Wilson is
doing a superb job and I would recommend this Camping World very highly. They are also a Winnebago Service Center. The propane heater malfunctioned
on our way down to AL and I stopped at Camping World and they had to remove the unit to check it out which they did and it was determined it had to be
replaced but with Christmas coming up they couldn't get it done and was told they would take care of it after Christmas. It was installed in RV while we
were at Campground the day after Christmas.
In conclusion this Camping World is top-notch in my book and I recommend them highly and yes they are busy because they are good and take care of a
lot of RV's. One other thing I learned is in life don't go around with an attitude as you can get more bees with honey than with vinegar

About a year ago I called this location and told them that we had a muffler broken off our generator and asked if they could fix it. They said they could and we drove to the location and left for lunch. When we returned we were told that they could not fix it.
About a month ago I called and made an appointment for service including trans fluid change. About a week ago I called and asked if I could come in at noon on the day before my appointment and was told that would be fine. When I arrived the service writer as troubled that apparently at their work load and could not find my appointment on either day. I told him that we had some time and could wait a couple of days if we needed to. He asked me what i needed done and when I got to the trans fluid change said they couldn't do that.

We did not have any service done so I don't know the quality of their service and they are obviously busy so some must be pleased. But I've been burnt twice and will not return.
