Technician did a poor job completing
the work. It took over 2 months to complete even though we were told it should only take 2 weeks. At the time we were living in the RV so this was a big deal. Additionally they did extra service we did not ask for. They threw away all my Tupperware and items in the fridge and freezer without notifying me. It was unclear why they entered the RV at all when the repair was outside only. Please stay far far away from this establishment. Customer service was terrible. Would not recommend this place to anyone needing repairs or service on their RV. |

Pop-up Trailer

A Frame camping trailer. Diagnose and replace a failed roof raising linear
actuator. Took 5 weeks to make an appointment. After the appointment date, it took 3 more weeks for then to get around to looking at the actuator for the warranty repair. I had arranged with them, with difficulty, to order the actuator beforehand to eliminate that delay. |

The work was finally completed after another 2 weeks. Delivery to me was
delayed even further because the service writer was on vacation and no one could or would determine the status of the repair. |
