Work Done on:
Class A - Diesel

Service Performed:
Noticed a 2" long by 1" deep and 1/8" wide slice in one of my rear duallies. Damage probably caused by rolling around a curb incorrectly. Didn't feel
comfortable driving on it too far after I found it during a walk-around so found a nearby McDs and using their WiFi found a close RV park (20 miles away),
then searched for tire service companies and although RVServiceReviews didn't have any reviews for them, after talking to their office, felt comfortable
arranging for an on-site tire replacement by Froesel Tires.

Evaluation of Service Performed:
Truck arrived next day on time and had all the appropriate tools. I've had problems with some tire shops not realizing that a Class A RV can have 450ft-lbs
of torque on the lug nuts, or they don't have a compressor that'll to a high enough air pressure, or they don't have the equipment to lift the rig. The
Froesel Tire truck had everything needed, did the work quickly and efficiently, all in a driving rain. Even had an appropriate torque wrench. The new tire
was a recent date code (I'd told them I wouldn't take an older tire), and an exact replacement for my damaged Toyo tire (8R19.5). Tech also set the
pressures on all the tires on the axle the same. Price for the tire ($298) I felt was reasonable. And having them send a truck out cost a bit too ($83) but
not outside of normal. All in all, I am happy with everything.
