Came to house to do the work and make sure all lights worked correctly. They do a nice job and have a hands on approach. They did a great job and helped me out with a lot of other items on my camper. On his last visit he replaced my awning fabric on my 2005 CrossRoads Cruiser. Not realizing my awning was a foot shorter than most, he was able to extend one of my awning arms so I could enjoy the extra extension, and did not charge me for the modification. Over the years he has replaced my hot water heater, batteries, fixed my air conditioner and other minor tweaks.   Evaluation of Service Performed:   Mike is one of those rare people who only fixes what needs to be fixed. His prices are realistic and he stands behind his work. A few years ago, my A/C was hit by lightning. When my late travel companion was still alive, we noticed that we were popping the breaker way too often, and he saw an open spot in our breaker box and rewired the A/C to a dedicated breaker. When the A/C was hit, Dr RV was very busy, but had a service call here and came over to get the repair info he needed to order. Half an hour later he came to the office where I work, handed me a few wires and a bill for $50. Turned out, that when we rewired the A/C, we did such a good job, that all Mike had to do was replace the wires that burned.
