Tim's follow-up to our inquiries was prompt and was able to get to us the next day. He was quickly able to trouble-shoot several issues with both the water
heater and the gas furnace. He had all the parts that were necessary to complete all the work with him. His familiarity with the systems was outstanding which greatly sped up the process. I have nothing but great things to say about his knowledge, professionalism, and his pricing. I would highly recommend him and plan on using Tim for all my RV service work. |

Mr. Owens came out to our camp site where we were supposed to leave two days earlier on Thursday. We called two other mobile services which one called
back but didn't show up and the other didn't return our call. We called Mr. Owens and left a message, he immediately called back and came out. He had us going within 15 minutes of his arrival. He charged us a minimum charge no weekend fees or after hours charge. We had already paid for Saturday night at the campground so we waited until Sunday to leave. |
